Class Deposit

For Classes Taught by In House Instructors

Full Payment or a minimum deposit of $50, is required at the time of registration. A full payment will hold your spot.

A full refund will be given for cancellation at least 30 days prior to the class.

$50 will NOT be refunded for cancellation less that 30 days prior to the class, but any amount over the $50 will be refunded. Refund policy applies regardless of how many students eventually attend the class.

If you made a deposit, the balance of the class fee is due 14 days prior to the class. This will hold your spot in class. Please remember to pay the balance at least 14 days prior to class. If full payment is not received 14 days prior to class, your spot can be filled by another qualified alternate student from our waiting list. Our waiting list people need time to make plans and travel arrangements. If your spot was filled by us by a qualified alternate student at the advertised class price, you will receive a full refund.

For Classes Taught by Outside Guest Instructors

Full Payment or a minimum deposit of $150, is required at the time of registration. A full payment will hold your spot.

A full refund will be given for cancellation at least 30 days prior to the class.

$150 will NOT be refunded for cancellation less that 30 days prior to the class, but any amount over the $150 will be refunded. Refund policy applies regardless of how many students eventually attend the class.

If you cancel a class within the nonrefundable period, you can still receive a refund if either we or you can fill the spot with a qualified alternate at the advertised class price.

If the class is cancelled by us, we will inform you as soon as possible. At the time of registration, It is very important that you give us as many phone numbers as possible, such as home, work and cellular. If it is difficult for us to get hold of you due to your busy life, travel, etc. it is recommended that you keep in contact with us. If a scheduled class does not have the minimum required students to hold the class, it may be canceled. We will give you at least a one week notice. If an instructor is unable to teach the class, the class may be canceled, even at the last minute. We take into consideration students with elaborate traveling arrangements and  make every effort to assure that the scheduled class is taught.  To insure that the class will not be cancelled, we reserve the right to substitute a teacher different the published teacher. Sundance Glass can not be held liable for any costs incurred to you, other that the amount paid towards the class fee charged by Sundance Glass. This includes, but is not limited to, airline tickets, hotel accommodations and lost work.
