Oxygen Concentrator

Never use an oxygen tank again! With an oxygen concentrator (also known as an oxygen generator), oxygen is pulled out of the air. We provide models to give you "Oxygen to Burn" with units that fit a wide range of needs.
 
These units are reconditioned to new condition and enhanced to increase oxygen volume and pressure. An oxygen regulator is not needed with concentrators. Larger units also available. All concentrators are dropped shipped from the manufacturer. Small units can take 4-6 weeks while the larger units can take from 8-12 weeks. But often sooner. Please allow time for delivery. Only $40 for shipping, handling, boxing, insurance to lower 48. All units have a 3 year warranty; provided regular and routine maintenance is performed.

Connecting Multiple Units Information

If you sere to use two or more units connected together, you would increase the volume of air (Flow per Minute). You would not increase the pressure, the pressure is limited by the unit you select. Connecting two similar units together would not quite double the volume. Connect the units with a brass Y connector. Only connect similar units together, M5 with M5's or M10 with M10's. Do not connect say an M5 with and M10. We carry all of the hose and fittings you would need. Remember you do not need an Oxygen Regulator when using these concentrators.

 

Noise Information

This is a very quiet brand compared to other brands we used to carry. The manufacture rates it at 50 db. This test would have been done in a sound proof room. But a true test is to measure it in a room with sound reflecting off walls and with normal background noise. We measured it under these conditions and it was 7 db above the background noise. In laymens terms we were amazed how quiet it is.

The new M-2000 allows you to fill your own oxygen tank safetly at home. No more lugging those heavy cylinders back and forth. Simply hook the oxygen tank to the fitting station (like you would screw on a regulator with no tools required) and turn it on. It will shut off automatically when the pressure reaches 2000 psi. Filling time ranges between 19 to 36 hours depending on the sizeof the tank. This machine uses oxygen from a generator and compresses the gas to 2000 psi. The set up includes: Oxygen generator and compressor. Also available, a manifold that allows you to use and fill two tanks at the same time with out ever unhooking the tanks. Gas Hoses

Use this gas hose when you use a two gas torch (oxygen and propane) like a Minor Burner. Most torches are attached to the hose by pushing the cut end (no brass fitting) on to the torch and securing with a hose clamp. These hoses have two attached hoses, one for oxygen and one for propane. The end of the hoses are attached to the gas regulators. Propane hose fittings are always left handed threads and oxygen is right handed so there is never a mixup attaching hoses. The green hose is oxygen and propane is red. CAUTION Do not use the easy to find oxygen/acetylene type hoses. The propane gas will rot them. The hoses we sell are made for all types of gas including propane. The below larger diameter hose is only used if when you need a large hose to fit over the large inlet fittings on some torches. (You can get the smaller 1/4" hose listed above on these large inlet fittings with a bit of effort. A trick is to emerse the end of the hose in very hot water to soften the end.)

Y - Connectors for Hose

Y Connector - Connect this fitting at the output of the regulator and attach two hoses so you can use two torches from the same tank. Oxygen and propane Y are packaged and priced separately.

Y Connector with valves - Same as the Y connector described above except has two on/off valves, one for each hose.

* The FA30 connects between the regulator and the gas hose and is more commonly used.

Flashback Arrestors

Flashback Arrestors - In some rare situations, a flame can travel back down a hose to the gas tank and cause an explosion. This device helps prevent this reverse gas flow and flashback. This device uses a reverse flow check valve and a flame arrestor that stops this flashback flame. Packaged and priced with both an oxygen and a propane arrestor.
A2 is optional, not included.

Note: Flashback arrestors have an arrow stamped on it to indicate the gas flow direction. Works in only one direction.
* The FA30 connects between the regulator and the gas hose and is more commonly used. Requires B size fittings on hose.

Manifold Gas System

Connect up to six torches to the same gas supply with this manifold system. Included are enough fittings and plugs to make 2 to 6 hose connections. Two manifolds are required, one for oxygen and one for propane. All Brass.

Bulk Adaptor Systems

For users of Hot Head Torches or any torches similar to the HotHead torch Save on the cost of propane by using a large bulk refillable propane tank instead of the small disposable fuel gas cylinders. Item# F273701 uses a single hose with the correct fittings on each end. 5 or 12 foot hose.

Y-Propane F271735 Connect two torches with this fitting. This Y fits into a bulk tank - the two other ends fit two F273701 hoses which go to the Hot Head torches.

Propane Bottle Holder with work surface

All stainless steel. Holds your propane bottle safely and at the correct angle for your torch. Torch and propane tank not included. We recommend the HotHead torch. Includes a built in tool and glass rod rest. Holder holds both the wide and narrow shaped gas tank. Should be clamped or screwed to the table.
