Oxygen Concentrator
Never use an oxygen tank again! With an oxygen concentrator (also known as an oxygen generator), oxygen is pulled out of the air. We provide models to give you "Oxygen to Burn" with units that fit a wide range of needs.
These units are reconditioned to new condition and enhanced to increase oxygen volume and pressure. An oxygen regulator is not needed with concentrators. Larger units also available. All concentrators are dropped shipped from the manufacturer. Small units can take 4-6 weeks while the larger units can take from 8-12 weeks. But often sooner. Please allow time for delivery. Only $40 for shipping, handling, boxing, insurance to lower 48. All units have a 3 year warranty; provided regular and routine maintenance is performed.

Connecting Multiple Units Information
If you sere to use two or more units connected together, you would increase the volume of air (Flow per Minute). You would not increase the pressure, the pressure is limited by the unit you select. Connecting two similar units together would not quite double the volume. Connect the units with a brass Y connector. Only connect similar units together, M5 with M5's or M10 with M10's. Do not connect say an M5 with and M10. We carry all of the hose and fittings you would need. Remember you do not need an Oxygen Regulator when using these concentrators.
Noise Information
This is a very quiet brand compared to other brands we used to carry. The manufacture rates it at 50 db. This test would have been done in a sound proof room. But a true test is to measure it in a room with sound reflecting off walls and with normal background noise. We measured it under these conditions and it was 7 db above the background noise. In laymens terms we were amazed how quiet it is.

The new M-2000 allows you to fill your own oxygen tank safetly at home. No more lugging those heavy cylinders back and forth. Simply hook the oxygen tank to the fitting station (like you would screw on a regulator with no tools required) and turn it on. It will shut off automatically when the pressure reaches 2000 psi. Filling time ranges between 19 to 36 hours depending on the sizeof the tank. This machine uses oxygen from a generator and compresses the gas to 2000 psi. The set up includes: Oxygen generator and compressor. Also available, a manifold that allows you to use and fill two tanks at the same time with out ever unhooking the tanks. Give us a call to order.

Gas Regulators
Two regulators are required when you use a two gas, (oxygen and propane) torch like a Minor Burner.
They fit between the gas tanks and the gas hose.

Gas Hoses
Use this
hose when you use a two gas torch (oxygen and propane) like a Minor Burner.
To attach torch, push the cut ends onto the torch and secure with a hose clamp. These
hoses have two attached hoses, one for oxygen and one for propane. The brass end
of the hoses are attached to the gas regulators. Propane hose fittings are left handed threads and colored red and oxygen is right handed
and colored green - This prevents a mix-up when attaching hoses. CAUTION Do not use the easy to find oxygen/acetylene type hoses. The propane gas will rot them. The hoses we sell are made for all types of gas including propane. Hose ends have female brass fittings.

The below larger diameter hose is only used if when you need a large hose to fit over the large inlet fittings on some torches. (You can get the smaller 1/4" hose listed above on these large inlet fittings with a bit of effort. A trick is to immerse the end of the hose in very hot water to soften the end.)

Connect this fitting at the output of the regulator and attach two hoses so you can use two torches from the same tank.

Flashback Arrestors
In some rare situations, a flame can travel back down a hose to the gas tank and cause an explosion.
This device helps prevent this reverse gas flow and flashback by using a reverse flow check valve and a flame arrestor.
