We have a $25 minimum order for USA Domestic. (not including shipping and handling)

We have a $50 minimum order to Canada & Mexico. (not including shipping and handling)

We have a $75 minimum order for all other International shipments. (not including shipping and handling)

You pay only what FedEx or UPS charges for shipping!! plus just a $2 handling fee.

Not all methods are available for all orders and locations. If a shipping method is not available for your order; it will be shipped by the next [slower] method; you will be charged for the slower method.

Rush processing is NOT available for all items; you will not be charged for rush processing if it isn't available for your order. Rush processing ensures that your order will be processed and shipped the same day if we receive the order no later than 12:00PM PST. If you request rush processing on an order we receive after 12:00PM PST, your order will be processed and shipped the next business day. No changes to your order can be made after 12:00PM PST, because the order will have been sent to the shipping department. A non refundable fee of $10.00 will be added to your order for rush processing.

If one or more items are out of stock; your order will ship without those items and without a sales associate contacting you. You will not be charged for any items that are out of stock.
If one or more items are out of stock; your order will be held until a sales associate is able to contact you. Regardless of rush processing and/or shipping method.

We require proof of delivery; a signature might be required at time of delivery. If you are not available for a signature, we can send your package to your local UPS office for you to pick up at your convenience. Most are often open late and Saturdays.
