Glass Rods that Glow in the Dark
COE 104

Lampwork these rods for any lampworking or beadmaking projects.
They are only compatible with COE 104 glass.

This glass is also compatible with our COE 104 glow frit, which you may find by clicking here.

Glow Glass Powders are non-toxic, non-radioactive and non-carcinogenic. These rods can be
charged by shining light on them. Any light for about one minute will give short term glowing. Strong
sunlight for about one hour will charge the glass long enough to glow for hours.

Glowing Color may be different than when not glowing .
Diameter may vary and possible inconsistencies due to the hand pulled process.

Glow Bits - COE 104

These glowing sticks are end-pulls, chunks and partial sticks that result from the
manufacturing process; some ends come with base glass on which the gather is formed.

Length varies from 1/2" to 4". Diameters range from 2mm to 12mm and thickness tapers. There
is a range of glowing capability dependent on the color of glow remnants and charge. Some charge
brightly in full sun in just a few minutes; other take a little longer to charge with varying brightness. This
new glass is compatible with all COE 104 soft glasses such as Moretti (Effetre) and Precision 104.

This is a great way to try out our glow glass. Can be used for beadmaking and lampworking.
