Below is the approximate price per rod, but will vary because the rod weights vary and this glass is sold by the pound. Glass is coated with the dichroic on the top 1/4 surface of the rod.

These Rods are specially coated by us with a Rainbow 2 Plus Premium Coating Color. This coating is more durable in the flame and can handle the abuse of high heat. On the finished project, it has a more intense look than regular dichroic coatings. Prior to hotworking, the RB2 PLUS looks darker than normal but then brightens when fired. On black glass there is no evident change in color.
