Why use Thin Glass???

I can think of 3 reasons

• Great for jewelry where weight is a factor.



• When a design piece is fused into the base glass, it spreads a bit. This thin glass spreads less and holds the detail a bit more.



• The biggest advantage is it's EASE OF CUTTING.
  WOW - This half thickness thin glass is unbelievably easy to cut. We use it for all of our top layer design pieces. Plus you can cut and grind more curvy intricate design pieces. It is a bit more expensive than the standard thickness glass. But you save money because more of your design pieces break correctly.

NOTE: Thin glass has a different product number which can be found under the price per piece. The color number is followed by the code -50 for thin glass. Be sure to use this number when ordering or you WILL be shipped a standard thickness glass piece.
